PURPOSE:To reduce the number of manufacturing processes, by constituting symmetrical type pin blanks, whose cold-forged shaft core is one piece, so as to cause both shaft cores of a pin body part and a pin part to be offset with each other in a rectangular direction with the pin blank shaft core by means of press work. CONSTITUTION:Symmetrical type pin blanks, according both shaft cores of a body part 3a and a pin part 3b with each other, are molded by cold forging. Next, the body part 3a and the pin part 3b are machined by a press relatively in a rectangular direction with the shaft core and offset with each other. At this time, a working rate of the press work is regulated and a blank flow in an offset pin is made so as to be continued in succession. Then, a setting hole 3c is formed there. With this constitution, manufacture comes so simple and reduction in the number of processes is promoted. |
