PURPOSE:To obtain a flexible thermoplastic elastomer of good quality, by partially crosslinking a compsn. consisting of an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer and an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer rubber. CONSTITUTION:The titled compsn. is obtd. by partially crosslinking a compsn. consisting of 10-90wt% ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer (A) having a melt index of 0.01-100g/10min, a density of 0.860-0.910g/cm<3>, the max. peak temp. of 100 deg.C or above as measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and a boiling n-hexane-insoluble content of 10wt% or above, obtd. by copolymerizing ethylene and a 3-12C alpha-olefin in the presence of a catalyst composed of a solid component contg. Mg and Ti and an organoaluminum compd., and 90-10wt% ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer rubber (B).
