That is to say, a car level is kept in a high position in a range from an upper limit value Lh to a lower limit value Ll with operation of a car-level controlling cylinder 10 where pressure oil is supplied or drained via the selector valve 24. And, at this time, since length of an upper suspension arm 5 is made to be longer than that of a lower suspension arm 4, wheels 2 are given a camber angle variation so as to increase a positive camber angle.
