PURPOSE:To enable easy forming of hub bolt mounting portions by constituting spoke portions through filament winding of a rim and a boss fitting. CONSTITUTION:At the time when a fiber-reinforced resin rim which has protrudingly embedded pins 4 at equal spaces on its inner circumference, and a boss fitting 3 are provided on a jig, and a spoke portion is formed by winding a resin-impregnated fiber bundle on the embedded pins 4 and the boss fitting 3; a fiber bundle is continuously wound on the pins 2 for forming hub bolt mounting portions that are protrudingly provided at specific places on the jig, and thus, the holes for the hub bolt mounting are shaped. Additionally, in order to form the hub bolt mounting portions 1, winding of fiber bundle should be started from the embedded pins 4 that are crossing others to increase strength. This enables easier forming of the hub bolt mounting portions 1. |
