PURPOSE:To prevent a flame being drawn through flame holes and a back-fire from being produced in case of an occurrence of increased pressure in a combustion chamber to cause an interior of a burner to show a low pressure due to a delay in ignition by a method wherein a mixture gas smoothly plate is arranged between a premixing air supplying hole and flame holes and the mixture gas distribution holes formed in the soothing plate are opposedly installed to the flame holes. CONSTITUTION:To a burner body 5, a gas supplying pipe 7 connected at its lower part, a plurality of air holes are formed at an outer circumference of the upper part thereof, a primary air hole 8 acting as the premixture air supplying port is arranged, and a gas unifying plate 10 having gas supplying holes 9 for dispersing and supplying gas uniformly is arranged between the primary air holes 8 and the gas supplying pipe 7. A burner cap 6 forms a mixture gas regulating plate 14 having a plurality of mixture gas distribution holes 13 and a mixture gas chamber 15, and a large number of slit-like flame holes 16 are formed at the upper part of the burner cap 6. The mixture gas distribution holes 13 are arranged opposed against the flame holes 16, approx. at the middle part, and arranged in such a way as the injected mixture gas from the mixture gas distribution holes 13 is struck at a right angle against the flame holes 16 so as to make a high pressure gradient at the inlet part of the flame holes. In this way, the flame hole inlets has always a high pressure and then a possibility of drawing-in of the mixture gas is eliminated. |
