摘要 |
PURPOSE:To produce a thick-walled electrically-conductive plastic composite material by bringing an insulating plastic molded article which is preliminarily incorporated with an electrolytic polymerization monomer and an electrically- cnductive salt into contact with an anode in an electrolytic soln. and impressing voltage between the anode and a cathode. CONSTITUTION:An anode 3 such as Ni and a cathode 7 such as Pt are oppositely provided in an electrolytic soln. 1 incorporated in an electrolytic cell 2 and the following insulating plastic molded article 4 such as PVC is brought into contact with the above-mentioned anode 3 which is preliminarily incorporated with an electrically-conductive salt consisting of both an electric polymerizable monomer such as pyrrole and a compd. contg. an anion or a cation with a method for pressurizing and impregnating the salt. Then voltage is impressed between the above-mentioned anode 3 and cathode 7 to perform the electrolytic polymerization. Thereby an electrically-conductive polymer 5 is formed in the inside of the above-mentioned plastic molded article 4 and an electrically- conductive plastic composite material 6 is obtained.
