PURPOSE:To obtain a reinforcing member having uniform thickness, without causing the breakage of glass ceramic plate, by applying a softened molten hot-melt adhesive sheet to a glass ceramic plate in a frame spacer with a hot- press. CONSTITUTION:An steel plate 10 is topped with a ferrotype plate 11, a frame spacer 12 and a heat-resistant releasing film 13. About 100 pieces of glass ceramic plates G are arranged on the film 13, covered with a hot-melt adhesive sheet S, and laminated successively with a heat-resistant releasing film 13', a ferrotype plate 11' and a steel plate 10' to obtain the object K1 to be processed. The object K1 is inserted between the upper plate 6A and the lower plate 6B of the hot press 6, heated to effect the softening and melting of the hot-melt adhesive sheet S in the object K1, and pressed to bond the adhesive sheet S to the glass ceramic sheets G at a time. Since the pressing force is applied uniformly to the plate, the bonding of the adhesive sheet can be carried out without causing breakage of the glass ceramic plate G. |
