PURPOSE:To improve the discharging effect of cooling fins considerably by improving the wind speed distribution of cooling air in fine structure cooling fins. CONSTITUTION:Respective cooling fin is cut at several points in the right and left direction of fin substrate 4 or the perpendicular direction against the cooling air flow to produce a collective body of cut strips 5. Each strip 5 is formed with a chip 6 rising in bridge while having narrower width than said strip. Since respective strip 6 provided with a bridged rising chip 6 has the cutting depth shifted against the adjoining cutting chip, a gap is formed between said strips. Since the entire fins is made fine by many cutting strips 5 having sequentially shifted height and the rising chips 6 arranged on said strip, respective strip will exhibit remarkable front edge effect, resulting in drastic improvement of the cooling effect of cooling fins. |
