PURPOSE:To enable smooth exchange of contact pins with the alteration of the circuit pattern, by erecting sockets on a lifter support board provided under a pin board to have the contact pins inserted into or detached from them freely. CONSTITUTION:When the continuity inspection of a circuit board 5 is done, the circuit board 5 is placed on the upper level of contacts 4 horizontally beforehand. A lifter support board 6 is elevated to push up a stopper 11 in which contact pins 14 in sockets 13 provided on the lifter support board 6 are constructed integral with a sleeve 3. With such an arrangement, the upper ends 4a of the contacts 4 contact a part 5a to be inspected of the circuit board 5 elastically to enable the inspection of the continuity. On the other hand, when there is none of the part 5a being inspected on the circuit board 5, the contact pins 14 are pulled out of the sockets 13 by a circuit pattern and the continuity inspection of the circuit board 5 can be performed by various circuit patterns.
