PROCESSING METHOD FOR PRESS PRODUCT HAVING RECESSED GROOVE

PURPOSE:To reduce the distorsion and to prevent the deformation with the formation of a recessed groove in narrow range by performing a press punching after forming the recessed groove which does not reach the end edge of the press punching on a plate-like blank and thereafter by forming the recessed groove reaching the press punched end edge. CONSTITUTION:A V notch 30 is formed by the ejection part 24 of a punch 22 on the base part of the stage part which becomes the stage supporting bar 28 of a plate-like blank 20. In this case the width of the V notch is formed narrower than the width of the stage supporting bar 28. The pressing is then executed from the reverse direction to the driving direction of the punch 22 and the V notch 36 is formed by the ejection part 34 of the punch 32 by overlapping on the V notch 30 formed in said stage and so as to reach both ends of the stage supporting bar 28. In this case due to the comparatively shallower V notch 36 being formed only on the flat part 26 of the stage supporting bar 28 the distorsion by the V notch 36 is reduced and the deformation of camber, etc. is not caused on the stage supporting bar 28.
