PURPOSE:To provide a plastic mold nozzle having an orifice of precise form by first adhering thin sheet to a plastic mold and forming an orifice using a mechanical or thermal means in a drop on demand-type ink jet printing head. CONSTITUTION:A plastic-mold molding 1 is made by a mold. The molding 1 is adhered with a stainless steel or other thin plate 2 using adhesive, etc. Under this condition, an orifice 4 is formed in the plastic-mold molding 1 using a microdrill processing means or a laser piercing means. In this case, if the thickness of a wall where the orifice 4 is formed is 1/4-twice the diameter of an orifice to be pierced, the orifice 4 is pierced straight. In addition, a electro- mechanical transducer 3 is adhered to the thin plate 2. |
