摘要 PURPOSE:To enable an efficient mass production of wheels by providing mandrels upon which filament winding layers are formed in an arrangement like a rosary pressure-welded, and by heating and hardening, and by repeating continuous cutting and separation of individual winding layers. CONSTITUTION:Heat-hardening resin 28 coated filament 5 is wound on surfaces of mandrels 4 and winding layers 32 of desired thickness are formed. The mandrels on which the layers are formed as above are arranged in such a manner that the winding layer 32 on the side of the type 1 mold member 7 of one of the mandrels 4 is placed like a rosary pressure welded to the adjacent winding layer 32 on the side of the type 2 mold member 8 of the other mandrel, and heated and hardened. Subsequently, the type 1 FRP mold member portion is cut from the type 2 FRP mold member portion, and respective mandrels 4 are separated into the type 1 mold member 7 and the type 2 mold member 8 and released from the molds, resulting in simultaneous production of finished products of wheels in which the backs of the type 1 and type 2 FRP members are firmly stuck and integrated together.
