<p>A hinge (7) is used to join two parts (5, 6) of a band or bracelet, the hinge enabling the parts to be attached and detached when the parts are positioned at a predetermined angle relative to each other. The first part (6) comprises an assembly formed of a pin (10) and a first cradle (11) which partially surrounds the pin, with which it is coaxial, wherein a space (12) is provided between the pin and the first cradle. The second part comprises a second cradle (14) which is designed to slide into the space (12) and to be articulated around the pin to keep the two parts attached together within a given angular range. The invention may be employed on a folding clasp of a band for a wristwatch.</p> |
