PURPOSE:To enable controlling of each process of operation, inking, transferring and printing in both manual and automatic modes by manipulating a monolever to be able to perform all processes of operation, inking, transferring and printing; and by arranging respective stage positions of the monolever to correspond to the above processes one to one. CONSTITUTION:For manual operation; when the axis 1a of a monolever is at 'operation', a main motor 5 is operated, corresponding to an action of a microswitch MS1. Inking and transferring are mechanically performed, corresponding to the 'inking' position, and 'transferring' position of the axis 1a of the monolever. Paper feeding is performed, when the axis 1a of the monolever is at the printing position, by turning on a solenoid SL3, corresponding to the action of a microswitch MS4. For automatic operation; the actions of the monolever 1 are limited to the three stages of 'stop', 'inking' and 'printing', and the positions in between of 'operation' and 'transferring' are passed, reducing the differences in the extent of motion of the axis 1a of the monolever, and thus, the number of action stages may be reduced, resulting in feasibility of automatic switching of the monolever 1 with a simple mechanism.
