摘要 PURPOSE:To avoid the deformation of a chassis by absorbing the internal stress of the chassis at a connecting part between chassis of different materials by producing the bending moment within a long screw set on a chassis bent into a projected form. CONSTITUTION:When ambient temperature varies, the internal stress is produced at chassis 28 and 29 of different materials due to the difference of the linear expansion coefficients since both chassis are connected via a long screw. The length of the screw 30 is very large compared with its diameter and therefore the bending deformation is produced in a comparatively easy way. Then the internal stress produced in the chassis 28 and 29 is consumed by the bending moment produced within the screw 30. Thus an aluminum dicast chassis 28 and a sheet metal chassis 29 are put together via the screw 30 at an area where the chassis 29 is bent into a projected form. Then the internal stress produced in both chassis 28 and 29 can be reduced by the bending deformation of the screw 30.
