PURPOSE:To disable even secret information to be seen when a surface is rolled and locked by providing a control means which controls the turn of a sheet type board and a locking means which inhibit the control operation of the control means. CONSTITUTION:When secret information drawn on the sheet type board 21 should not be seen by unspecific persons and copied, the board 21 is moved to another surface temporarily and the power source system of a motor driving circuit 37 is disconnected with a lock key 49 on a control panel. Consequently, the turn of the board 21 and the operation control of a printer 33 are inhibited. Thus, the locking function is obtained which inhibits the board 21 from turning and the copying means from performing control operation, so when a convention is interrupted for lunch, etc., a surface in use currently and a surface where secret items are recorded are rolled in to right or left and then locked, so they can not be seen freely by unspecific persons and left as they are with a sense of security. Further, they are never copied.
