PURPOSE:To eliminate conventional sterilization stage by coating resin-contg. liquid on the whole outside and inside surface of a vessel, sterilizing simultaneously by heat sterilization process, etc., by heating the opposite side surface at the same time with coating. CONSTITUTION:An aq. chemical injecting pipe 5 and an aq. chemical sucking pipe 6 are inserted to the inside of a vessel 3, and the vessel 3 is revolved by an external mechanism. At the same time, a liquid coating material is applied (P2) from outside of the vessel 3, and at the same time therewith or thereafter, aq. chemical (H2O2) heated at above a necessary temp. is injected from the above-described injecting pipe 5 to the inside of the vessel. After completing the above-described coating work and heating with the aq. chemical, the aq. chemical is sucked by the sucking pipe 6 and discharged. By prepg. a sanitary vessel obtd. by drying the coated film and sterilizing the heated surface, conventionally executed sterilization stage is eliminated.
