摘要

PURPOSE:To shorten the access time with comparatively small hardware when data are read out continuously, by using a signal producing circuit which divides a dynamic memory into plural memory blocks and produces control signals necessary for respective memory blocks. CONSTITUTION:A block control circuit SGB consists of a mask control circuit MC1 which produces a signal -RAS1 and performs the mask control of an access request for a memory block MB1 and a mask control circuit MC2 which produces a signal -RAS2 and performs the mask control of the access request for the block MB1. Both circuits MC1 and MC2 have exactly same constitution where flip-flops FF11 and FF21 for acceptance of access requests are provided together with flip-flops FF12 and FF22 for holding self-states and flip-flops FF13 and FF23 for release of mask set respectively.
