PURPOSE:To easily and uniformly obtain the magnetic pole position, magnetic pole strength, magnetic pole width and the like at low cost and in a highly precise manner by a method wherein one or more magnetic circuits are composed of one or more magnets and yokes, and the magnets of twice or more of the number of magnets are induced on the circumferential surface of the title constituent body using said magnetic circuits. CONSTITUTION:Six magnetic poles are constituted using magnets 13, 14 and 15 and yokes 16, 17 and 18. According to this structure, as a magnetic flux can be induced to a magnetic pole through the intermediary of yokes, the density of magnetic flux can be made uniform. As a result, the magnets 13, 14 and 15 can be manufactured as the magnets of the type which are divided by their axial length.
