PURPOSE:To facilitate an output by the lump in addition to having record papers arranged in order of receiving without occurring jamming by making records output by way of accumulating once picture information at storage means and then read out from final pages in turn when the whole accumulation is completed. CONSTITUTION:In case of being a receiving station, a CPU 1 initially sets a counter N to be '0' in order to control page numbers. Receiving picture information for a page, picture signals are restored to initial ones at a coding- decoding part 8 and these picture signals are stored in turn at a picture memory 9. The picture signals are so controlled pagewise and stored by the picture memory 9 that the whole pictures received are stored page-unitwise at the picture memory 9 when a signal receiving processing completed. Then the CPU 1 reads out the picture signals of the N-th page corresponding to values of a counter from the memory 9 and transfers to a plotter 7 and allows received picture of the N-th pages to output recordwise into the plotter 7 and also permits the values of counter N' to decrease. Above operations will be repeatedly performed until the values of counter N' becomes to be '0'. Thus the received pictures are outputted under aligned conditions in order of transmitting.
