PURPOSE:To remove the dust stuck on the surface of a flat lamellar material by bringing a dust removing roller wherein urethane elastomer having high molecular self-adhesive properties and elasticity is made to a roll-shape into contact with the lamellar material in a transferring process of the flat lamellar material. CONSTITUTION:In a dust removing apparatus of a flat lamellar material, a dust removing apparatus 17 consisting of the following rollers 15, 16 is provided to the inside of a compartment 10 of a front stage of a coating machine 6 wherein urethane elastomer is molded to a roll-shape in the prescribed thickness around a core material. This urethane elastomer is a high molecular elastic material consisting of polyol and isocyanate as the essential components and has the high molecular self-adhesive properties. Since the flat lamellar material is automatically dust-removed by such a way, the productivity is increased and also the cost is decreased.
