PURPOSE:To uniformly improve the ground above the head of a pile by a method in which a pile is buried to given depth, a ground improving agent is packed into a pincer attached to the head of the pile, and the pincer is pulled out. CONSTITUTION:An auger rod 4 is turned and the ground is excavated by an auger 7 while jetting water from the tip of the rod 4 to form a pit 1. The blade 8 of the rod 4 is expanded to form an expanded bottom pit 1a, and while pulling up the rod 4, cement milk 4 is injected into the pit 1a. A pile 9 is then settled into the pit 1, a pincer 10 is attached to the head of the pile 9, and the pile 9 is set on the bearing stratum 11 while being turned. Mud water in the pincer 10 is discharged, a filler 12 is packed into the pincer 10, and then the pincer 10 is pulled out while being turned. |
