PURPOSE:To attain the control of the stroke length over an entire variable range regardless of the width of a blind sector, by supplying the output of a computing element for stroke length operated from the target value of the pump rotational frequency in consideration of the width of the blind sector to a stroke controller having a blind sector element in its input arithmetic part. CONSTITUTION:A stroke controller 13 supplies the target stroke length obtained by supplying the target pump rotational frequency delivered from a flow rate controller 4 to a stroke length computing element 14 together with the actually measured stroke length of the output of a resistance/current converter 9. Both input target stroke length and actually measured stroke length are integrated and delivered with control to a stroke control motor 10. The controller 13 is turned off and delivers no output as long as the deviation between said input target stroke length and actually measured stroke length is less than the fixed value (a) equal to the blind sector width 2alpha. Then the controller 13 is turned on and delivers a positive or negative output to the motor 10 when said deviation is larger than the value alpha. Thus the motor 10 is revolved forward or reverse with the output delivered from the controller 13 and the stroke length of an injecting machine 1 for chemicals is controlled. |
