PURPOSE:To attain D/A conversion with high accuracy by adding twice the analog signal converted by an input bipolar digital signal to a reference analog signal. CONSTITUTION:The digital signals D1-Dn are supplied to a digital delay circuit 1 and an input inverting circuit 2. The circuit 1 delivers the digital signals B1-Bn to a D/A converting circuit 3 with the delay time equivalent to the delay time given from the circuit 2 in order to prevent the glitch due to the timing variance. The circuit 2 inverts the signals D1-Dn and outputs the signals C1-Cn to a D/A converting circuit 4. The circuit 3 converts the signals B1-Bn into analog forms and supplies an analog signal A1 to the (1) terminal of an addition circuit 5 as well as to the (-) terminal of an addition circuit 6. The circuit 4 converts the signals C1-Cn into analog forms and supplies an analog signal A2 to the (-) terminal of the circuit 5. This attains the D/A conversion with high accuracy.
