摘要

PURPOSE:To enable the batch process of a high viscous liquid by connecting one end of a can liquid circulating apparatus provided with a liquid feeder in the inside thereof with one end of a horizontal-type reactor via a three-way changeover valve and connecting the other end with the other end of the horizontal-type reactor. CONSTITUTION:While a can liquid is stirred in the rotating direction with the stirring blades 6, it is discharged to the inside of a can liquid circulating apparatus 9 through an outlet 4a. It is transferred with the liquid feeder 8 and circulated to the inlet side of a horizontal-type reactor 4 via the three-way changeover valve 10 and a conduit 11. In this case, the flow of the can liquid is circulated as shown by an arrow 12 and thereby the can liquid is effectively stirred in the axial direction because it is circulated in the direction of a stirring shaft 5. Furthermore it is circulated with the can liquid circulating apparatus 9 and thereby the stirring effect is obtained even in the inside of the circulating apparatus 9 and the quality of a product can be made more uniform.
