PURPOSE:To improve the precision of measurement without spoiling the profitability of a call information measuring function by calculating call information based upon the actual holding time of each call since 1 is added to a quotient according to the result of comparison of a remainder outputted by a dividing means with uniform uniform random numbers. CONSTITUTION:A dividing part 4' divides the holding time (t) transmitted from a holding time calculating part 2 by a unit time T transmitted from a unit time setting part 3 and transmits the quotient q(=[t/T]) to an integrating part 5 and the remainder r(=t-TXq) to a comparing part 8. A uniform random number generating part 7, on the other hand, generates a uniform random number R in a section [0, T] for every object of measurement on the basis of the unit time T transmitted from the unit time setting part 3 and transmits it to the comparing part 8. The remainder (r) outputted from the dividing part 4' together with the quotient (q) is not discarded and comparison information (c) obtained by the comparison with the uniform random number R is added to the quotient (q), so traffic intensity (a) outputted by a traffic intensity calculating part 6 is calculated on the basis of the actual holding time (t) of each object of measurement and the measurement precision is improved. |
