摘要 |
PURPOSE:To prevent an operation from becoming impossible due to the displacement of pole position and applied current phase by stepwise driving a permanent magnet type linear pulse motor to examine the relation between the actual pole position and the detecting position of a detector to decide the correction amount for the detecting position. CONSTITUTION:A memory 13 records pole position correcting data *phika at presuming mode time, and outputs the data *phik with the value (k) of a counter 8b as an address at vector control mode time. A multiplexer 14 applies the data ka calculated by a CPU 12 at presuming mode time and the counted value (k) of the counter 8b at vector control mode time as address to the memory 13. A multiplexer 15 applies the data phixa of the CPU 12 at presuming mode time the data *phixk of the memory 13 at vector control time to a counter 8c as load data. |
