PURPOSE:To obtain a motor without cogging and with increased torque, by displacing the salient pole sections of an armature used for the motor, step by step. CONSTITUTION:When the least common multiple between the quantity of the salient poles of an armature and the quantity of the poles of a magnet is set to be n, then the salient poles of the armature are displaced step by step at the angle theta according to theta=360 deg./(2Xn) in the circumferential direction of the armature, and the displaced section areas are arranged to be essentially almost the same. By this method, a cogging force can be reduced, and so a small motor with increased torque and stable rotation can be provided. |
