PURPOSE:To control two types of motors with high responsiveness and high efficiency employed with the merits of the motors by controlling the speed of a DC motor at rotation control mode time, and controlling near the stopping position by a pulse motor. CONSTITUTION:One end of the rotational shaft 2 of a DC motor 1 is connected with a load 9, and the rotational shaft 6 of a pulse motor 5 is coupled through a coupler 7 with the shaft 2 of the motor 1. As the motor rotates, a pulse motor coupled with the shaft of the DC motor is rotated synchronously. Thus, a position signal is produced by utilizing an electromotive force generated in the exciting phase of the pulse motor, and used instead of a transducer 8. The speed is controlled by the DC motor at rotation control mode time, and the damping and steady mode is controlled by the pulse motor near the target stopping position. |
