PURPOSE:To suppress abrasion and improve durability by forming the lead supporting body part onto which the lead of an elastic plate contacts, integrally with a fiber-containing elastic material. CONSTITUTION:The lead supporting body 1 part contacting with the free edge of the lead 8 of an elastic plate covering a suction port 4 is made integrally with fiber-containing elastic material. The lead valve is made by fixing a fiber piece 5 pregnated or applied with elastic material onto a cavity 14 for the shaping mold for the lead contact surface and joining the split molds 12 and 13 and pouring synthetic resin into the cavity 14 and then carrying out hardening. Therefore, even if the lead 8 is opened and closed at a high speed, the fiber piece 5 lightens the shock, and the abrasion and deterioration of the elastic material itself which contacts with the lead 8 can be prevented because of the strength of the fiber. |
