PURPOSE:To prevent the cord of a carcass layer from being disconnected even when a car runs on bad roads at low internal pressure for a long period of time by disconnecting the weft of the carcass layer at least from the side section of a tire to a shoulder section at a number of inside carcass layers per preset widths. CONSTITUTION:The titled tire is provided with a carcass section in which a number of carcass layers 1 consisting of warp cords 2 made of organic fiber arranged almost in parallel and the weft 3 that is intersected almost with the warp cords 2 and every other cords mutually are overlapped and arranged so as to mutually intersect the warp cords 2. In this case, the weft 3 of the carcass layers is disconnected at a number of inside carcass layers 5 at least positioned at the inside of the tire at least from the side section of the tire to a shoulder section every 50mm wide. As a result, even when a car runs on bad roads at low internal pressure for a long period of time, a cord disconnection fault can be prevented from occurring on the carcass layers 1 and the durability of the tire can be improved. |
