The following is a method for regulating a transformer (10) with a primary winding (11), which can be connected to an AC source (13) via switch (14) that can be opened and closed with a controllable frequency. The switch is designed to transfer voltage pulses to the primary winding during the entirety or part of at least every other half period of the AC source. In the event of risk of transformer (10) saturation, the switch (14) is programmed so that at least two transferred, successive voltage pulses (B', B'1; B'', B'') always have the same sign.<IMAGE> |
