PURPOSE:To obtain a tire tube valve of good durability and air-tightness by making a valve stem detachable from securing fittings as fixed to a tire tube, and enabling the reversing of a valve port direction through the rotation of the valve stem. CONSTITUTION:Fittings 10 for securing a valve comprises a hollow cylinder 11 with a male thread 14 on the periphery thereof and a flange 12 at the bottom lower end, and the flange 12 is connected monolithically to a rubber base 10 as part of a tire tube through vulcanization. A valve stem 20 is hollow and has a cylindrical form, and a portion between a foot 21 as one end and a valve port (not shown herein) is made to have a bent area 22 toward a valve port. The periphery of the cylindrical part 11 of the said fittings 10 is provided with a cylindrical part 13 extended from the upper edge of the port and the exterior thereof has a groove 15 wherein an O-ring is fitted. The interior of the foot 21 of the valve stem 20 is provided with a cylindrical part 23 of the same diameter as the said cylindrical part 13, and a female thread for coupling with the fittings 10 and tightening with a lock nut 35.
