PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable substituting device by which sealing work can be readily performed safely, by arranging core bodies in the inside of pipes in which a pressure transmitting medium is sealed. CONSTITUTION:The inside of the substituting device is substituted by Ar gas and the insides of a pressure introducing port 12, a connecting port 19 and the pipes 14 and 21 are evacuated to a vaccum. Thereafter the substituting device is heated to several hundred deg.C and inpurities are exhausted. Then the inside of the substituting device is cleaned by flowing NaK from the pipe 14 to the pipe 21. The temperature is decreased to the normal temperature, and the pipes 14 and 21 are sealed. The sealing is performed by squeezing the outer periphery of the pipes 14 and 21 with e.g. a rotary jig. The inner surfaces of the pipes 14 and 21 are hermetically bonded to the outer surface of the core bodies 15 and 21. After the bonding, the bonded part is cut. Thus the highly reliable substituting device for the pressure gage, by which the sealing work can be readily performed safely, is obtained. |
