摘要 PURPOSE:To make the continuous quantitative determination of hydroperoxide possible by maintaining a substantially nonaqueous system contg. a trace amt. of hydroperoxide at >=40 deg.C and adding water soluble alcohol, org. acid contg. org. acid alkaline metallic salt and water soluble alcohol soln. of an alkaline metal iodide compd. thereto then maintaining the soln. at <=80 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:The substantially nonaqueous sample contg. a trace amt. of hydroxyperoxide passes through a pipeline 2 from a cleavage reactor 1 and enters a pipeline 3 and after the sample is quickly cooled to <=40 deg.C in a cooler 4, the sample is conducted to a continuous quantative determination instrument 5. The water soluble alcohol as the solvent is added thereto in the instrument 5, then the org. acid contg. org. acid alkaline metallic salt is added thereto to neutralize the residual inorg. strong acid in the sample. A prescribed amt. of the water soluble alcohol soln. of the alkaline metal iodide compd. is further added as the reagent for analyzing the system to said sample. The system of the sample soln. after the above-mentioned treatments are executed is made uniform and maintained at <=80 deg.C for the prescribed period; thereafter, the soln. is titrated with a standard sodium thiosulfate soln. and the quantity of free iodine is determined. The peroxide quantity is thus indirectly and continuously determined.
