PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition exhibiting thixotropic property, having high sag resistance, higher specific gravity than water and water-stopping property, insoluble in water and useful for the water-stopping of a movable iron support of bridge, by compounding clay and a fatty acid amide or a wax to a specific base oil. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) a base oil having a specific gravity (15/4 deg.C) of >=0.95 and composed of one or more components selected from phosphate, chlorinated hydrocarbon, polyglycol, polyphenyl ether, hindered ester, silicone oil, fluorinated hydrocarbon, pathalate, benzoic acid derivative and a high-aromatic mineral oil with (B) a clay (e.g. monmorillonite) and (C) a fatty acid amide or a wax. |
