PURPOSE:To obtain uniformly molten resin as the result of the full displacement of resin at the center of a groove by a structure wherein a plurality of fins are installed in the groove of a screw parallel to a flight. CONSTITUTION:Fins 4 are installed in upright position nearly parallel to a flight 1 in a screw groove 3 part. The resin 202a, the displacement of which is poor at the part without fins 4, is displaced by resins 201b, which flow from the cylinder wall to the bottom of the groove at the part with the fins 4. Consequently, the perfect mixing of the resin is realized and uniformly molten resin is obtained. |
