PURPOSE:To permit quick motion by forming a feed regulator of a sheath member having male threads on the outside diameter surface of its shaft body for allowing the relative axial movement between said shaft body and the sheath member to transmit the rotary force and a female thread member. CONSTITUTION:When a guide device 5 is pushed in the axial direction of a rolling roll by releasing a lock mechanism 13, it can freely move together with the female thread member 11 and the sheath member 10. That is, the sheath member 10 slides axially on a rotary shaft 7. By rotating the rotary shaft 7, the guide device 5 can coincide accurately with the right front portion of a hole die 3 of the rolling roll by fine feed motion of the thread. Thus, the quick motion is achieved.
