PURPOSE:To enable the fully automatic production of laver sheet, by separating the dried laver sheet form a screen by the peeling device of a laver-production apparatus and returning the empty screen through a delivery conveyor, a loading part and a returning conveyor to the charging conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Raw laver is deposited on the screen (m) transferred from the charging conveyor 8 of a laver-production apparatus to the laver sheet-making zone A of the main body 1, dehydrated in the dehydration zone B and dried in the drying zone C. The screen (m) is transferred with the transfer conveyor 2, clamped between the belts 3a and 3b of the slantly ascending belt conveyors 3, 3 and introduced into the peeling device D. After peeling the dried laver sheet by the peeling device, the screen (m) is sent with the delivery conveyor 3 to the loading part composed of a receiving plate 52 having L-shaped cross-section and fixed to a pair of horizontally arranged rotary arms 51, made to collide with the stopper 53, dropped to the first returning conveyor 6 by the rotation of the rotary arm 51 and transferred to the charging conveyor 8 via the second returning conveyor 7 to start the next operation cycle. |
