PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to wait a person always in the monitor station by making the monitor station receive the monitor information and automatically decide the importance of the situation if any abnormal situation happens, and notify the monitor information by voice to the telephone of the person in charge. CONSTITUTION:Each monitor information has a station name information 51 and item information 52 (for example, system action is correct or not), and these pieces of information are inputted to deciding circuit 1. The circuit 1 automatically decides whether any important situation has happened to each station from the station name information 51 and item information 52. The circuit 1 instructs voice data memory part 3 to issue the voice data corresponding to the station name information 51 and item information 52. And, when the request for voice data is issued from the identifying circuit 1, the data of address corresponding to the station name information 51 is first read out from a memory, passes through output bus 305 and converted to analogue voice signal by D/A conversion part 4, outputted from output terminal 71 and is sent to the telephone of the person in charge through the telephone line. |
