PURPOSE:To execute completely cleaning of a dust-proof transport body, and to execute easily its replacement by constituting it so that it can be attached and detached easily. CONSTITUTION:Light from a light emitting body 1 which is provided on a block A10 is reflected by a body to be detected 4, and the reflected light passes through a dust-proof transparent body 7, is reflected by a mirror 9 which is provided on a block B11, and led to a photodetecting body 2 through a condensing lens 3. The combination of the block A10 and the block B11 is executed by using a jig of the same size as the dust-proof transparent body 7. That is to say, the dust-proof transparent body 7 is integrated so as to be slid and installed into a slide groove 12 which is formed in a united part of the block A10 and the block B11. The dust-proof transparent body 7 is slid and installed to its slide groove 12 with respect to the blocks A, B which is fixed with a high accuracy by the jig.
