PURPOSE:To enable to lower the temperature of exhaust gas and to keep the exhaust port part at low temperature without lowering the effect of a deodorizing device by forming a structure wherein an air intake is provided in a duct connecting between an electrostatic precipitator and the deodorizing device. CONSTITUTION:Smoke is led by the exhausting action of an exhauster 8 through either one of three ducts 3, 4 and 5 to a prefilter 6 made of metal gauze, synthetic fibers or the like so as to remove dusts, oil droplets and the like and, after that, to an electrostatic precipitator 7 in order to separate and remove dusts and finely divided particles in the smoke by induction charging and finally sent to a deodorizing device 9. In this case, an air intake 5a is formed between the precipitator 7 and the deodorizing device 9 so as to lead the desired amount of the air in the duct 3 by means of a slidable cover 10. High temperature exhaust gas is mixed with said led-in air so as to be turned into low temperature gas and, after that, sent to the deodorizing device 9. After the odor is removed with deodorizer or drowned by aromatics in the deodorizing device, the resultant low temperature exhaust gas is exhausted outdoors.
