METHOD AND PRODUCTION LINE FOR PRODUCING THE MEAT FODDER

The method for the production of a meat fodder, implemented by the production line, provides for grinding a meat raw material and feeding it together with a liquid into a bunker (8) provided for the reception and the feeding thereof, which bunker is connected with an electrohydraulic chamber (10) wherein the treatment of the meat raw material is effected between a positive electrode (13) and a negative electrode (15) for a period of 20 - 40 min, the pulse recurrence frequency being 5 - 7 pulses/sec. The ground meat raw material and the liquid are contained at the ratio 1 : 1 by mass. Through radially-orientated lobe-shaped openings (16) provided in the plate of the negative electrode (15) and through an opening located in the bottom of the electrohydraulic chamber (10) the meat fodder is pumped by a recirculation pump (18) into a mixer (23) wherefrom it is pumped into a storage unit (24).
