PURPOSE:To improve the slide abrasion characteristics of slide parts and to reduce material cost or processing cost, by forming not only a hammer shaft from non-magnetic stainless steel to which surface hardening treatment was applied but also a bearing from a polyphenylene sulfide resin. CONSTITUTION:A hammer shaft 8 is obtained by applying punching processing to non-magnetic stainless steel, for example, SUS 304 before applying surface hardening treatment thereto and has such a shape that the width is formed in three stages in the longitudinal direction and a V-groove 8d for violently impacting a type is formed to the end surface of a leading end part 8c and a fixing hole 8e is formed to a plate surface so as to be close to the base end thereof. An intermediate part 8b is engaged with a vertical groove 7a and a base end part 8a is pierced through a cylinder and a movable iron core 7 is integrated with the hammer shaft 8 by caulking. A bearing 9 is molded from a polyphenylene sulfide resin being a thermoplastic resin and has such a cup shape that a square flange part 9a is provided to an opening edge and has a bearing hole 9c, which supports the leading end part 8c of the hammer shaft 8 in a freely movable manner, provided to the bottom part 9b thereof. |
