PURPOSE:To prevent faults due to unsufficient connection of the terminal from occurring by providing a plate spring made of elastic metal, caulking the peripheral part of the frame on its side of the opening, and constituting the said frame so that a vibrator, back cover, the plate spring, and a grounded terminal are fixed integrally. CONSTITUTION:One elastic flange part 10a of the plate spring 10 is inserted between the grounded terminal 5 and the rear surface of the back cover 3, and the other part 10a is between the top surface of a circular ridge 3a and diaphragm 2A, so that the spring is mounted while holding the back cover 3. Thereafter, a vibrator 2 is inserted to the frame 1, then the back cover 3 is inserted in the frame 1 in a manner that the circular ridge 3a presses the rear surface of the peripheral part of the diaphragm 2A, and further, the peripheral part of the cylindrical wall 1c of the frame 1 on its opening side which is a caulking part, folded inward and is caulked. The paired elastic flanges 10a are always energized in the expanding direction. Therefore, its one part 10a presses the ground terminal 5 against the surface of the caulking part 1d, and the other part 10a the diaphragm 2A against the surface of a flange 1b.
