PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacturing of an induction radio line, by calculating the phase angle of positive phase voltage or inverse phase voltage with respect to each induced voltage on the basis of the absolute value and code of the envelope of each induced voltage. CONSTITUTION:The outputs of band pass filters 12-21, 12-22, 12-23 are guided to linear detectors (DET) 13-1, 13-2, 13-3 and wave form shaping circuits 14-21, 14-22, 14-23 and voltages proportional to absolute values ¦V'12(Z)¦, ¦V'23(Z)¦, ¦V'31(Z)¦ of the envelope of voltage between conductors are outputted from the linear detectors (DET) 13-1, 13-2, 13-3 and converted to digital quantities to be inputted to a microcomputer (MC) 19. In this case, induced voltage appearing at the terminal of each conductor in the terminal of an induced radio line is selectively received with respect to omega1, omega2 and the voltage of omega1 is doubled to form a reference phase signal and the code of the envelope of induced voltage is discriminated by using said signal. As a result, the position of a moving body can be calculated on the basis of the envelope and code of the induced voltage between conductors and the manufacturing of an induction radio line becomes easy.
