<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a bed material for cell culture, having adhesion to cells, by using a leucine-benzyl glutamate copolymer modified with amino alcohol. CONSTITUTION:A leucine-benzyl glutamate copolymer is molded into the aimed shape such as sheet, fibrous, bead, hollow shape, etc. The molded article is modified with amino-alcohol. When a culture solution containing an epithelial cell derived from human is brought into contact with this bed material for cell culture, about 85% cell is adsorbed on it.</p> |
