1,4-Dihydropyridines (I) [R1, R2=C1-4 alkyl, 2-methoxy ethyl; R3=substd. 5- or 6- membered heterocyclic ring; R = substd. aryl or heteroaryl; Y= -(CH2)n-, n=2,3,4! and their salts are prepd. by the reaction of compds. (II) with R3.Q [Q=-NH.NO2, C1-4 alkylthio, C1-4 alkoxy, Cl, Br, I!. For the R3 group of the produced compd. (I), several converting reactions are performed. The title compds. decrease transportation of calcium into the cell, and are useful as a medicine for heart disease.
