PURPOSE:To detect with a high accuracy a distortion quantity corresponding to pressure and strength of force by providing an exciting means for self- exciting a pressure receiving element by a natural frequency. CONSTITUTION:A pressure receiving element 1 is displaced by receiving a force by an elongation of a belows 3 corresponding to a measured pressure. As a result, a resistance of a distortion gauge 6 which is fixed to one end of the pressure receiving element 1 is varied in a state containing a hysteresis and other non-linear component, but a piezoelectric element 7 is fixed to the pressure receiving element 1, and also connected to a self-excited oscillating circuit 8, a vibration of the pressure receiving element is resonated by a natural vibration having an amplitude of the same degree as the quantity of these hysteresis and non-linear component, and an average value of an output of the distortion gauge 6 containing this vibration is detected as an output signal. In this way, the distortion quantity can be detected with a high accuracy by a simple constitution. |
