2-Oxoindole-1-carboxamine derivs. of formula (I) [ X=H,F,Cl, Br,C1-4 alkyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl, CF3, C1-4 alkylsulphinyl, NO2, phenyl, benzoyl, thenoyl; Y=H,F,Cl,Br,C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 alkylthio, CF3; X+Y = 4,5-, 5,6-, 6,7-,methylenedioxy or ethylene dioxy; R1 = C1-6 alkyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl, naphthyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl! and their salts are prepd. by the reaction of compd. (II) with activated carboxylic acid deriv.. The title compds. are cyclooxygenase and lipoxygenase inhibitors are useful as analgesics and antiinflammatory agents. |
